This Murray Worm Drive Clamp is a 300 Series Stainless Steel Construction Clamp Band, housing and screw are 300 series stainless steel. Screw is 5/16" slotted hex head. The stainless steel construction provides better corrosion resistance than that available from the H-SS Series, making this worm drive clamp well suited for marine applications. This SAE Type "F" Meets or

exceeds SAE J1508.

Murray's Heavy Duty Seamless clamp is suitable for use in marine and other aggressive water and atmospheric conditions. These Heavy Duty clamps are designed to resist the corroding effects of salt and bilge water as well as common household cleaning agents and industrial/mining elements. These clamps are also resistant to clamp damage resulting from brass fitting dezincification.
