How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service (click here for our return form) for more information regarding how to return an item. Items returned without an return authorization number (RMA) will not be processed.

Unopened/New Items (Buyer Remorse)

You may return most unopened/new items within 30 days of your receipt of the product. There is a 10% restocking fee if the item is returned in resalable condition (see conditions below), which will be waived if you place another order. You are responsible for shipping back to our facility in Pittsburgh. Click here to contact Customer Service for an RMA and instructions for your return. Custom orders including custom colors and lengths are not returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

All products sold by are covered under the full manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. In some cases, the manufacturer may require return of a defective product to them for credit. Claims for damaged, defective or missing merchandise must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. Our customer service staff will provide you with the proper procedure to follow to return your defective product, just click here.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "Order Status" link at the bottom of our site (you can find it under MY ACCOUNT) to view orders you have placed. Then click the "change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. Once an order has processed and shipped, you must follow the RETURNS procedure in order to return any unwanted items to us. Do NOT refuse the order from the delivering carrier. Doing so will cause you to incur additional return fees and often items that are refused are never returned by the carrier, thus no credit is issued to you.

What else do I need to know about returning a product?

Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging in “saleable” or “like new” condition and all cartons and packaging must be totally intact with no stickers or markings. The return must include all product components and other items originally packaged with the product, including any promotional items.

Returns must be shipped to our warehouse no more than 10 days after you receive your RMA number from Please note that 14 days after your RMA number is sent your return number is no longer valid and your return will no longer be accepted.

Please be certain to mark your RMA number clearly on the outside shipping carton, and be certain to include a copy of your original sales receipt or packing list with the return, showing you full address and order number.

For your protection we recommend that you fully insure your shipment for the entire value of your order including shipping, and that you receive a tracking number from the carrier so that we can both view proof of delivery information as necessary. does not pre-pay for shipping back to our warehouse. We will issue a credit for shipping to your credit card once we receive and inspect any return deemed to be a manufacturer’s defective product.

Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the original form of payment or you may request a store credit which you can apply against a future purchase. Credits can take up to 14 days after receipt to process, possibly longer during the holiday shipping season.

All delivery refusals are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds include the purchase price and tax (if applicable).

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Incomplete returns (i.e. missing parts, etc.) are subject to additional charges over and above the restocking fee in order to make the product whole and saleable.
