Our corrugated PVC flexible split tubing is an upgrade to the standard polyethylene split tubing. Since it is constructed of PVC, it is softer than the polyethylene material, making it easier to work with, longer lasting and able to retain its shape longer than the standard PE material. Our corrugated tubing has corrugations on the exterior, but is smooth inside. Constructed of virgin polyethylene compounds, this split tubing is UV stable for outdoor applications, abrasion and stain resistant and provides a stable and durable platform for multiple cable or wire routing.

Features:

  • Made from fire retardant PVC, UV stable for outdoor use in direct sunlight
  • Creates neat quality appearance for wiring systems
  • A clean split allows easy insertion of wires without tools
  • Abrasion resistant, Solvent and acid resistant Does not gap when bent
  • Working Temperatures: 14 degrees F to 167 degrees F, Minimum bend radius is 3 times I.D. of Hose

Good product, quick shipping, but packaged wrong..

The order was sent in a box where the rolls of tubing couldn't lay flat...they were squashed/twisted in the box, which left some of the tubing kinked. Hope it will straighten out.

Product and customer service review

Good product and ships on time. When I contact you directly to get information, forget about it. Can't get my calls returned

Heavy duty, needs installer tool

This is heavier duty than the consumer stuff found in the neighborhood hardware store. That's okay but you will need an installation tool to get your wires inside this stuff even though it's split conduit. It would be good if the product description mentions this fact.

Customer service is poor

Product is superior. I submitted a quote for a volume order over 10. I never heard back. I made several attempts to reach someone. Thank you.
